Shipping and payment
Current delivery information on the coronavirus: Due to the current situation, all international shipments may be subject to delays. These can be caused by changes in the transport process (e.g. border controls), in international transport (e.g. discontinuation of flight connections previously used for transport) and also in delivery in the destination country (e.g. protective regulations and quarantine measures). Parcel delivery companies currently do not require the recipient's signature when handing over parcels. Instead, the deliverers document the successful delivery with their own signature with a special mark instead of the recipient. Furthermore, DHL recommends that, if possible, a drop-off location is specified for the receipt of parcels or that they are addressed directly to Packstations.

Orders will be released for shipment after confirmed approval of the payment method or registration of the receipt of payment. The stated delivery times apply from the day following the payment instruction. No delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

Europe-wide 4 to 14 working days
Worldwide within 30 working days
Parcels within Germany and Europe are delivered by our shipping service provider DHL GoGreen. Letters are sent via Deutsche Post. Worldwide orders are handed over to Fedex after prior consultation with the customer. All important documents are enclosed with the products. Vouchers will be sent by e-mail immediately after registration of the receipt of payment to the e-mail address provided with the order.
